At GOTUCOVERED CAPS, our customers' complete satisfaction is always our highest priority. Below, you'll find answers to some frequently asked questions. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any further information.
We understand that getting your products to you quickly is a priority. For in stock items that do not require any customizations, shipping from our warehouse is usually same day if ordered by 10AM EST. We use a variety of shipping partners such as USPS, UPS and FedEX. The shipping times vary and are listed below.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed
Shipping is free for orders over $35; otherwise, shipping is a $5 flat rate within the continental US
Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days from being shipped
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Rush orders ($25 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from shipped date
Overnight orders ($35 flat rate) must be placed before 12PM EST and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days from ship date
Please note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active. USPS orders may be delayed. Once shipped, we don't have any control over USPS. ALL packages come with at least $50 of insurance.
We never like to hear that our valued customers have not received their package. Follow these steps to assist us in locating your package.
First, Check your mailbox or if packages are normally left at your door, check this area as well. Our shipments come in simple soft blue envelopes - so they typically fit in mailboxes (depending on how many items were in your order).
If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at hello@gotucoveredcaps.com with any questions.
Ordering: To get started, click on the currency icon on the upper right corner of the site and select your country from the drop down menu. Local currency should update automatically. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International orders should arrive within 7-10 business days of the ship date. Note, we do note ship to international PO boxes.
International customers are responsible for return shipping. Note, we do not offer direct exchanges and duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
