At GOTUCOVERED CAPS, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information.

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    We understand that getting your products to you quickly is a priority. For in stock items that do not require any customizations, shipping from our warehouse is usually same day if ordered by 10AM EST. We use a variety of shipping partners such as USPS, UPS and FedEX. The shipping times vary and are listed below. STANDARD SHIPPING Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed Shipping is free for orders over $35; otherwise, shipping is a $5 flat rate within the continental US Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days from being shipped EXPEDITED SHIPPING Rush orders ($25 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from shipped date Overnight orders ($35 flat rate) must be placed before 12PM EST and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days from ship date
  • I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    Please note that orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active. USPS orders may be delayed. Once shipped, we don't have any control over USPS. ALL packages come with at least $50 of insurance.
  • MY TRACKING # SHOWS THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T SEE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    We never like to hear that our valued customers have not received their package. Follow these steps to assist us in locating your package. First, Check your mailbox or if packages are normally left at your door, check this area as well. Our shipments come in simple soft blue envelopes - so they typically fit in mailboxes (depending on how many items were in your order). If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know. While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at hello@gotucoveredcaps.com with any questions.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA ONLY)
    Ordering: To get started, click on the currency icon on the upper right corner of the site and select your country from the drop down menu. Local currency should update automatically. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International orders should arrive within 7-10 business days of the ship date. Note, we do note ship to international PO boxes. International customers are responsible for return shipping. Note, we do not offer direct exchanges and duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.   • WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO WASH SCRUB CAPS?
    For long lasting wear and durability, scrub caps should be hand washed only. Lay the caps flat to dry and use a warm iron if needed. Alternatively, caps can be washed in the machine with like colors and dried using the lowest heat setting. To avoid color fading, shrinking and for long lasting wear, hand washing is the recommended and preferred way to wash all scrub caps. Lay flat to air dry.
  • HOW DID GOTUCOVERED CAPS GET STARTED?
    Gotucovered Caps was started during the pandemic as the need for PPE (masks, scrub caps) increased. Actually, it all started from a simple phone call from mother to daughter. Our CEO's mom called her and demanded that she get a sewing machine. With little knowledge on sewing and no sewing machine, our CEO took a leap of faith and started sewing not knowing that Gotucovered Caps was literally in the making. As the need continued, Gotucovered Caps was born and here we are today still pressing forward. Never give up! Dreams do come true!
  • CAN I ORDER CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED SCRUB CAPS?
    Yes. Custom and personalized scrub caps can be ordered online. This listing is for ordering single or multiple caps. For bulk orders, please visit our BULK CUSTOM page. For additional questions please email us at hello@gotucoveredcaps.com or call us at (732) HOW TO DESIGN AND ORDER A CUSTOMIZED SCRUB CAP: Choose a scrub cap color. Color choices are currently: black, navy blue, royal blue, light blue, teal, white, burgundy, light grey and white. Pick your scrub cap style. Scrub Cap styles consist of uni-sex tie back caps, bouffant caps and pony-tail caps. Choose your design: You can add your name to the cap, logo or design. There is a space within the product detail page to tell us more about your design.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS? IF SO, HOW DO I ORDER?
    Yes, we accept Bulk orders for medical centers, colleges, unions, non-profits, doctor offices and any other company that may require our products. Contact us today with your questions and to get your order started. Our bulk order process includes mock-ups and a full proposal. We also create a sample cap that is fully embroidered or printed and request your approval before we proceed with creating all caps. The process is smooth. We require full payment upfront before starting any bulk order. Bulk order discounts are available.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
    Our customers are our greatest asset and our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. We make every effort to get every order correct every single time. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for a full refund. Items must be in new unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Custom and personalized items are unfortunately not returnable unless there is an error on our part.
